Great Jones Spa Party Policies:
Great Jones Spa requires a credit card to hold all appointments.
24 hour cancellation policy:
Should you or a member of your party cancel within 24 hours of the treatment the credit card on file will be charged 50% of the service price, or if the person reschedules, a 35% charge of the service will be incurred (If the host of the party does not want to be responsible for his/her guests, the host must provide credit card numbers for the guests).
If a member of your party is late for their treatment they will only get the remaining time available for the treatment.
Please remind your guests to bring a bathing suit as the water lounge is co-ed.
Our female guests that wish to have a massage and are pregnant need to be past their first trimester to receive a massage.
We ask all of our clients to be respectful of other guests and please keep spa voices while enjoying the water lounge.
Guests are allowed to use the water lounge for two hours with their treatment of $100.00 or more. With a service under $100, guests may purchase a water lounge pass for $50.00
Surcharge: For parties of five or more that require food and/or beverage set up, a $20.00 fee will be added to the bill. This fee can only be applied to one ticket.
Gratuity: A 20% gratuity will be charged to all parties for their treatment services
Food & Beverage: When entering the spa, please give to the front desk associate food, beverage, and any other items that need to be set up for your event. Please do not bring in any inappropriate cake/food or paraphernalia to the spa. If you do bring in such items they will be returned to you upon check out
