Packaging
Our products are all natural and promote balance and so does our packaging. We use only environmentally friendly recycled cardboard and biodegradable packing peanuts.

Shipping
To ensure timely and safe delivery, our products are shipped using United Parcel Service. Standard shipping takes 5 to 7 business days from the date your order is placed. Your orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday between 9 AM and 5 PM EST, except on holidays. Please note that we currently ship online orders to the United States only.

 

Overnight and Express Shipping
Overnight shipping is available on online orders placed before noon, Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday. Overnight orders placed on the weekend will be processed and shipped on Monday. We offer Next Day and 2nd Day delivery. Please call online customer service at 212.505.3185 for details.

P.O. Boxes
Great Jones Spa does not ship orders to P.O. boxes.

Sales Tax
Sales tax is required on all orders shipped within New York State.

Order Changes
Changes cannot be made to your online order while it is in progress. If you have an urgent request or find an error in your order confirmation, please contact our online customer service at 212.505.3185 M-F or info@gjspa.com It may take a few days for us to reply to your e-mail while we investigate your inquiry.

Price Changes
Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Prices of items on our website or in our spa may change before we have a chance to update them online. If your order is affected by such a price change, we will contact you to confirm an updated price before shipping. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause. Please contact online customer service at 212.505.3185 or info@gjspa.com if you have any specific questions.

Product Availability
All products available while supplies last. Though we update our inventory and site regularly, occasionally items may be on backorder. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience a backorder may cause. We will contact you via email to inform you if an item's delivery will be delayed or if an item is no longer available.

Order Processing Errors
We occasionally may have technical issues that will affect your order processing. If we discover that there has been a problem processing your order, we will contact you via email to explain and rectify the problem. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience that an unprocessed order might cause.


Returns and Refunds
We strive to provide enough information about our products so that our customers know exactly what they are purchasing. Due to public health concerns, no returns are accepted for opened merchandise. If the merchandise is defective, we will exchange it for the same product if the original defective product is returned to us within 15 days of purchase and less than 10% of the product has been used. Products must be returned unused and sealed in the original packaging within 15 days of purchase for a refund. All refunds are credited to the original payment method. No cash refunds are given. Return your package via an insured, prepaid shipping method. Include your packing slip or invoice number, return merchandise authorization number, and note the reason for the return. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable on returns.
