Spa Etiquette

Spa Voices Please be considerate of your neighbors at the spa, and try to keep the volume down, even if you are part of a group or special celebration. As much as we love it that you are having a great time, our other spa guests may be seeking peace and quiet. Sound carries, so we ask that you use your “spa voice.”

Take your time Please arrive 30 minutes to two hours ahead of your scheduled treatment to relax and enjoy the Eucalyptus Infused Steam Room, River Rock Sauna, Cold Plunge pool, Thermal Hot Tub, and showers located in our Water Lounge area.

Power down Mobile phones and pagers are not permitted in the spa.  To help you and your fellow spa-goers relax, please mute your devices.

Medical status Please let us know about  any physical conditions--high blood pressure, injuries, pregnancy, allergies (particularly seafood), past surgeries, and medications, especially Retin-A and Accutane--that may limit  your ability to receive a specific treatment.

Communication As intuitive and talented as our therapists may be, they are at their best when you let them know what you want. If you want to focus on a different area, experience discomfort or are simply curious about something during your treatment, please let your therapist know.

Gratuities Tipping is not included, and it is discretionary. The suggested amount is 15 to 20 percent of the value of the service. Gratuities are payable in cash or credit card, and small envelopes are available at the front desk at checkout.

Dress code During your treatment, you can undress fully or wear undergarments, shorts or a bikini, depending on what makes you feel most comfortable. Robes, towels, and slippers are provided and should be worn in all common areas while bathing suits or robes are required in the Water Lounge.

Enjoy! Our goal is to make your experience as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. If you need anything from us, please do not hesitate to ask
