We are currently seeking dedicated Massage Therapists to join our growing wellness team in Manhattan. We welcome experienced professionals as well as newly graduated massage students looking to begin their careers in a supportive, high-quality spa environment.

Qualifications

  • Must be licensed by New York State (or awaiting board exam—sponsorship available).
  • 2–3 years of experience preferred, though new graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong skills in Deep Tissue and Swedish Massage.
  • Additional modalities are a plus: Prenatal, Reflexology, and Thai Massage.
  • Excellent communication skills and a “team player” mentality.
  • A genuine passion for the wellness industry.

Pay Structure

Based on experience, massage therapists earn between a 30-35% commission per service, plus an hourly rate. Compensation is calculated after a house deduction, with gratuity provided at the guest’s discretion.
