Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website, booking a service, or purchasing a gift card, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Reservations & Cancellations
- A credit card is required to secure all appointments.
- We strictly enforce a 24-hour cancellation policy. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the service price.
- Late arrivals will result in a shortened service time to ensure the next guest is not delayed. The full service price still applies.
Medical Disclaimer
Great Jones Spa services (massages, facials, hydrotherapy) are for relaxation and wellness purposes only. Our therapists are not medical doctors and do not diagnose or treat illnesses. Please consult your physician before using the Water Lounge if you have high blood pressure, heart conditions, or are pregnant.
Limitation of Liability
By entering the facility, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with the use of the Water Lounge, sauna, and steam room, including wet floors and high temperatures. Great Jones Spa is not liable for any personal injury sustained during your visit.
Personal Property
Great Jones Spa is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. We provide lockers for your convenience, but we strongly recommend leaving valuables at home.
Guest Code of Conduct
To ensure a safe, respectful, and relaxing environment for all guests and staff, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse service or require any guest to leave the premises without refund in the event of inappropriate conduct, harassment of staff or other guests, intoxication, or any behavior that disrupts the experience of others.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Great Jones Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.
