Cancellations & No-Shows
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Missed appointments or same-day cancellations will be charged 50% of the service fee. This policy allows us to compensate our therapists for their reserved time. Please contact us if you need to cancel any appointment.
Water Lounge Access
Guests receiving any spa service are invited to enjoy our Water Lounge for up to two hours—a complimentary addition to your visit.
- Weekday Pass: $60 plus tax (8:30 a.m. – 9:30 p.m.; Wednesday, 1:00 p.m. – 9:30 p.m.)
- Weekend & Holiday Pass: $70 + tax (8:30 a.m. – 9:30 p.m.)
Pass purchases are based on availability.
A swimsuit is required. Disposable options are available if needed.
Please limit towel use to two per guest.
Guest Lockers & Valuables
Lockers, robes, slippers, and amenities are available in both men’s and women’s lounges.
Please note: Great Jones Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen items anywhere on the premises.
Age Requirements
Guests must be 18 years or older to book treatments or access the Water Lounge.
Gift Cards
Gift cards may be used for services or products.
Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.
Third-party gift cards may not be combined with discounts or promotions.

Group & Event Bookings
We welcome weddings, showers, fundraisers, and other group events.
A 20% gratuity is added for groups of five or more.
