A space to unwind—together.
At Great Jones Spa, every detail is designed to help you feel more connected, relaxed, and present. To help preserve the restorative nature of our environment—for you and every guest—we kindly ask that you observe the following guidelines during your visit.
Embrace the “Spa Voice”
We love when guests come to celebrate—but even joyful energy can carry in a quiet space. Please use your “spa voice” and speak softly in the Water Lounge and other shared areas so everyone can maintain their own sense of calm.
Arrive Early, Unwind Fully
We recommend arriving 15 minutes to two hours before your scheduled treatment. This allows time to enjoy the Water Lounge and bathhouse amenities, including the eucalyptus steam room, river rock sauna, cold plunge, thermal hot tub, and showers.
Disconnect to Reconnect
For your peace of mind and out of respect for others, we kindly ask that all phones and digital devices remain silenced and out of sight while in the spa.
Absolutely no photography allowed in the spa.
Your Wellbeing Comes First
Please inform us of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies (especially to nuts), medications (such as Retin-A or Accutane), or recent surgeries prior to your treatment. This helps us tailor the experience to your comfort and safety.
Communication Matters
Our therapists are highly trained, but your guidance ensures the best experience. If you’d like to adjust pressure, focus on a particular area, or have any questions during your service, please feel free to speak up.
What to Wear
Robes, towels, and slippers are provided. For treatments, you may undress fully or wear undergarments—whatever allows you to feel at ease. Swimsuits or robes are required in the Water Lounge and other shared spaces.
